WARRANTY POLICY

To ensure the validity of your warranty, it is essential to retain your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of making a warranty claim, you must present this document.

All products from TrackCar are covered by a warranty for 36 months from the date of purchase against defects caused by faulty materials and workmanship.

 

During this period, any defective products will be repaired or replaced by TrackCar. If the product comprises several accessories, only the faulty accessory or part will be replaced, and minor adjustments may be made instead of replacing the product or accessory. However, packaging and instructions will not be replaced unless they are faulty.

Please note that the warranty for a replacement product or accessory will expire on the same date as the original purchase date, i.e., 36 months from the date of the original purchase.

 

Additionally, the cost of shipping the product back to the TrackCar head office is the customer’s responsibility. Failure to return the replacement product within 14 days from receiving it may result in the full price of the replaced hardware being charged by TrackCar.

This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, accidental damage, failure to follow instructions, or tampering by unauthorized persons. In case of a failure or fault, please contact support@trackcar.co for assistance.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. In the case of a significant service failure, you have the right to cancel your service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its reduced value. For significant failures with goods, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

 

For minor failures, you are entitled to have the failure rectified within a reasonable time, or you can cancel the contract for the service and receive a refund of any unused portion.
